amy-web

Amy Lorenz represents clients in the areas of wills, trusts and estate planning, probate, asset protection, business formation and consulting, contract drafting and negotiation, personal injury, and all aspects of probate and civil litigation matters. Licensed by the State Bar of Texas since 2010, Amy makes every effort to develop a personal relationship with each of her clients and appreciates working with clients, on a collaborative basis, to help answer questions, resolve legal problems, and direct litigation, if needed. Amy’s goal is to deliver to each of her clients the refined legal work they seek, with the individual attention they deserve.

As a result of the relationship of trust that has resulted from her counsel, many families come to Amy to assist them when a family member passes, when a guardianship is needed, or when they need estate planning assistance.  She provides patient and thoughtful guidance to assist them legally and emotionally move through the probate and estate planning process into the best possible structure to accomplish their objectives with as little complication as possible.

Amy is a 2007 graduate of Texas Tech University where she received a Bachelor of Business Administration with a dual major in Accounting and Economics; in May 2010 she received her Juris Doctor degree from Texas Wesleyan University School of Law. Amy is also graduate of L.D. Bell High School and a life-long resident of the Dallas/Fort Worth area where, growing up, she played softball and then attended East Texas Baptist University, where she was a member of the varsity softball team from 2002 to 2004.

Amy is admitted to practice law in Texas and the U.S. District Court in the Northern District of Texas. She is also a member of the American Bar Association, Texas Bar Association, Tarrant County Bar Association, the Arlington Texas Bar Association, and State Bar of Texas (Wills-Trusts-Probate and civil litigation Law Sections). In 2016 Amy was named a Texas Rising Star by Super Lawyers.
